When laying fiberglass geogrids, the laying should be kept smooth and taut. The horizontal lap length should be 50-100mm, and the vertical lap length should be 150-200mm. According to the paving direction, press the rear end to the front end. Down.

When laying fiberglass geogrid by nail fixing method, first fix one end with fixed iron sheet and nails on the lower structure that has been sprinkled with adhesive layer asphalt, and the nails can be injected by hammering or shooting gun. When the grid is tensioned longitudinally, the glass fiber is in a straight tension state in the transverse direction.
When the nails are fixed, the overlapping distance of the grille shall be as follows: the overlapping distance of the longitudinal joint shall not be less than 15cm, and the overlapping distance of the horizontal joint shall not be less than 5cm. Longitudinal laps shall place the former on top of the latter according to the direction of asphalt paving.
When fixing, the nails cannot be nailed to the glass fiber, and the glass fiber cannot be directly hit with a hammer. If the nail is broken or the iron sheet is loose after fixation, it needs to be re-fixed.
To prevent the tires of construction vehicles from sticking to the fiberglass grille and sticky oil. In case of slippage of the wheel of the asphalt paver, stone chips should be sprinkled on the surface of the sticky layer oil, and the amount of stone chips should be 3m3/1000m2-5m3/1000m2.
Construction shall not be carried out when the atmospheric temperature is lower than 10 degrees Celsius or the road surface is wet.

Use the special paver provided by our group to lay the self-adhesive fiberglass grating. The laying should be smooth and tight.
The horizontal lap length should be 50mm-100mm, the longitudinal lap length should be 150mm-200mm, and the overlapping direction of the lap should be consistent with the running direction of the asphalt concrete paver.
Use a rubber wheel roller for rolling (a rubber wheel roller needs to be equipped with a sprinkler).
